Objectives

Develop relationships that create trust and partnerships to drive ongoing inter-departmental collaboration and engagement.

Syllabus Overview

– Communication management for different target audience
– Conflict resolution
– Project management
– Cultural awareness

The programme is delivered through class lectures, group and individual assignments, case studies, e-learning and in-class exercises.

Training may also be conducted outside of Boston Business School’s (BBS) premises, such as in company’s office, to meet the clients request and offer convenience. BBS will take photo evidence as proof of the class being conducted.

2 Days comprising of:

  • 12 Class Training Hours
  • 4   E-learning Hours
  • 1   Assessment Hour

Awarding Body
The Statement of Attainment is awarded by SkillsFuture SG (SSG).

To be eligible for the course, you must possess:

  • Diploma qualifications (eg NIE diploma, SIM diploma, LaSalle-SIA diploma, NAFA diploma) or
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
By the end of the course, learners will be able to:

  • Develop relationships that create trust and partnerships.
  • Drive and influence ongoing inter-departmental collaboration and engagement.
  • Take steps to work with stakeholders and show improvement in the learner’s selected Key Performance Indicator (KPI) to achieve company objectives.
