All courses shall commence on the scheduled dates as stated in our communication materials. If there should be unavoidable delay in the commencement date, we shall give an advance notice of 7 days.

We offer our students adequate facilities and support services to enable them to have a conducive and pleasant learning experience.

We accept students only if they satisfy the entry requirements/pre-requisites as stipulated in the Student Contract.

Our teachers have the required experience, qualifications and competency to conduct the courses.

The total hours of teaching instruction shall adhere to the timetable provided to students on enrolment.

We have a transparent fee structure and fee components are made known to students before registration.

We provide refund of fees in accordance with our refund policy as well as cooling-off period.

We provide avenues for students to air his/her grievances or complaints and undertake to resolve them within a maximum period of 21 days.

A Certificate of Attendance for the respective courses will be awarded to students achieving the required proficiency level and who have at least 80% (local student) and 90% (international student) classroom attendance.

We agree to be liable for any misrepresentation or unfair practice (as defined by the Consumer Fair Trading Act 2004) by the appointed agents or their servants or agents.

We shall honour all the terms and conditions printed in the Student Handbook and the Student Contract between Boston Business School and students.

We commit to maintain the confidentiality of student’s personal information and undertake not to divulge any student’s personal information to any third party without the prior written consent of student.
