Introduction
Objective
This course is the logical progression for holders of the CTH Diploma in Hotel Management and is designed to provide an understanding of managerial decision making and leadership aspects of the international hotel industry. You will learn the operation of a hotel from a departmental manager’s perspective and the syllabus has business administration techniques and practical skills that are required by those aspiring to senior management roles within the industry.
