If you are an international student wishing to pursue full-time studies in Boston Business School you are required to apply for a Student Pass.
New Applications
Your application must be submitted at least two months and not more than six months from your course commencement date. You are not required to be present in Singapore while your application is being considered.
You must submit your application via the Student Pass OnLine Application & Registration+ (SOLAR+) system at https://solarplus.ica.gov.sg/solarplus-ica/index.do
Once e-Forms are submitted, you are required to make an online payment of SGD 30.00 to ICA as processing fee for your application
It takes about 4 to 6 weeks for ICA to process your application
If your application is approved, you would receive an in-principle approval letter (IPA) for Student Pass and a single-journey entry visa to enter and stay up to 30 days in Singapore.
You are required to make an e-appointment at http://eappointment.ica.gov.sg before collecting your Student Pass card at the Visitor Service Centre in ICA and this must be done before the expiry of your social visit pass.

Embarkation/disembarkation card
One recent passport-sized photograph
Duly completed security bond form and a security deposit in the form of banker’s guarantee, cashier’s order or paid for by NETS (if required).
Fee for Student Pass Card
You are required to pay ICA a SGD 30.00 multiple-entry visa fee and a SGD 60.00 issuance fee by NETS or CashCard.
Transfer of School / Course of Study
If you wish to apply for a new Student Pass in order to study in a different School or to take up a different course, you are required to submit an application for the transfer of school / course of study at least 4 weeks before the course begins.
After you submit your application via SOLAR+ system, your previous School must submit an e-Form V36A and declare your attendance, conduct and module grades
Once e-Forms are submitted, you are required to make an online payment of SGD 30.00 to ICA as processing fee for your application
It takes about 4 to 6 weeks for ICA to process your application.
